Explain the difference between BY faith and THROUGH faith

Rom 3:30  Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision BY faith, and uncircumcision THROUGH faith. 

In the scripture above, Paul writes an interesting thing. He distinguishes between the circumcised and the uncircumcised by referring to their justification as by faith or through faith. So, what is the difference? Can this be explained and clarified? Many commentaries simply conclude that there is no difference between the two, but why then would Paul, through inspiration, write different words for each group. I do not agree with these commentaries as I believe that they are different, as much so as the doctrine between Israel and the Body of Christ are different. I am no formal scholar of doctrine and hermeneutics, so I do not claim absolute accuracy in my interpretation, but I have come to believe that Romans 4 has some insightful content to clarify this difference. 

Rom.4:11-17 And he [Abraham] received the sign of circumcision, a seal (Eph.1:13) of the righteousness of the faith which he had while still uncircumcised, that he might be the father of ALL those who believe, though they are uncircumcised [Gentiles], that righteousness might be imputed to them also [as the Body of Christ], 12 and the father of circumcision to those who not only are of the circumcision [Jews], but who also walk in the steps of the faith [Little Flock] which our father Abraham had while still uncircumcised.

The Two Programs in God's Plan of Redemption

The following post is in response to a person asking what the two different programs in the Bible are and provide scriptural references to distinguish them.

Let me answer this question by first stating that it is of great importance to know these two programs and keep them separate. Most of the false doctrine in church denominations today is in direct cause to ignoring these two programs or blending the two programs together to create skewed doctrine in the imagination of men.

The differences between the two ministries are found in the contradictory statements in Paul's letters versus scriptures in the rest of the bible. These contradictions are not inaccuracies in the bible as some suggest. They also do not disprove Paul's apostleship. They are simply two separate programs that God initiated within His greater plan of redemption of creation and humanity.

He claims to be the "mater builder", "the Apostle to the Gentiles" and encourages his converts that they should "imitate and follow him". With all the evidence and scriptures I have shared in the last 5-parts of this study, I'd like to end it with an interesting list of similarities between Abraham and Paul. I'm not going to try and prove anything with this list, except to draw your attention to the patterns and connections in the comparison. You can look into it for yourself and see if God's design is in this.

The Faith Stream Therefore it is of faith that it might be according to grace, so that the promise might be sure to ALL the seed.

Having set the scene, in part 1, that creation is corrupt in both heaven and earth, we indicated that God predestined the cleansing of these two realms by two separate people groups. Genesis 22:15-17 is an incredible verse that describes the two people groups in God's plan of redemption, but lets have a look at some even more incredible connections (similarities or parallels) within these two people groups.
